It has always been my dream to open a diesel performance shop. Since childhood I have spent my time working on or in diesel powered trucks and equipment. Diesel performance is not work, it is a passion and part of who I am.

Iron Horse was born from my love of steam locomotives. The name, Iron Horse Diesel Performance, is a nod to the age of Steam. Iron Horse being the Native American nickname for the steam locomotive.

Diesel engines brought about the end of the age of steam engines. Iron Horse Diesel Performance honors the great predecessor whose golden age of the industrial revolution paved the way for the introduction and development of the diesel engine.
